Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 10, 2026
VanTimmeren Ministries respects the privacy of its visitors and is committed to safeguarding your personal information, collecting only data you willingly choose to provide. This site does not require an account.
Information Collected
Personal information is collected only when you choose to submit the contact form. This may include your first and last name, your email address, and any message you send.
The study questions on the lessons are answered locally in your browser — your answers and notes are not transmitted or stored on a server.
How Your Information Is Used
Your personal information is used solely to:
- Respond to your inquiries and messages
- Follow up with you if you have asked for a reply
VanTimmeren Ministries does not sell your personal data. Information is shared only with trusted third-party service providers necessary to operate the site and to receive and respond to your messages. It may also be shared if required by law, to protect individuals from harm, or to address technical or security concerns.
If donation features are added in the future, any payments will be handled securely by a third-party payment provider, and this policy will be updated accordingly.
Analytics and Cookies
To understand how the site is used, VanTimmeren Ministries collects anonymous, aggregated usage statistics in two ways:
- A privacy-friendly analytics tool (Vercel Web Analytics) for overall visits and page views, the site that referred you, general location by country, and browser, operating system, and device type.
- First-party counts of a few on-site interactions — such as which lessons are viewed, how many study questions are answered, and taps of the video play button — stored on this site's own servers.
The content of your answers and notes is never collected — only that an interaction happened. To tell unique visits apart, a random, anonymous identifier is stored in your browser; it is not an advertising cookie and is not linked to your identity. This data does not store your IP address, is not used for advertising, and does not track you across other websites. It is aggregated and does not identify you personally.
Data Access and Deletion
If you have provided your personal information and would like it removed, please email vantimmerenministries@gmail.com with your name and email address.
Changes to This Policy
This Privacy Policy may be revised at any time without advance notice. The most current version will always be available on this page.
